Combo Pack

Dear Customer,

Send some of our award-winning, homemade fried cakes along with New York State Apples. Our Combo Box includes the following:

12 fried cakes of your choice
9 apples of your choice

(Fried cakes are processed in a facility with nuts (peanuts, walnuts, cashews, almonds))

Our Combo Boxes are shipped Fedex Express. Any order placed after Wednesday will be held until the following Monday to make sure you receive the freshest possible products.

If you would like us to send a message on your behalf, please add a small note in the note section when you check out. Also if you are sending to a different address than your billing address, please check the box at the bottom of the order form.
