A family tradition since 1918

Schutt's Farm & Apple Mill Tours

Come be a part of 100+ year family history with a tour of our farm and apple mill.

Tours are approximately 1 hour and cover the following:

  • History of our farm & store
  • Cider making process
  • Importance of honey bees & pollination
  • How our apples are sorted & stored
  • Growth of an apple tree
 
Tours Include
  • Wagon ride
  • U-pick Apples OR U-pick Gourd (depending on availability)
  • Cider sample after tour
  • Fried cakes (for an additional charge when booking)

Extra Information
  • Tours offered from the beginning of September until the end of October, Monday thru Friday – excluding holidays.
  • Tours are held rain or shine and involve walking outdoors- please dress for the weather!
  • Tours involve walking, standing, climbing stairs and a wagon ride. Please contact us if you have any concerns about these physical requirements.
  • Tours are for groups of 15-30, including ALL children and adults. 
  • Each tour group can not exceed 30 people due to our wagon capacity. If you have more than 30 in your group, please book an additional tour. 
  • Our tours are educational and best for children who are 5 and older
  • Tours must be paid in full to reserve your spot. Refunds will be given if canceled within 72 hours.
Pricing
  • $9.00 per person or $10.00 per person with fried cake
  • Minimum: 15 people 
  • Maximum: 30 people
