Wassailing Afternoon at Schutt’s

Our family’s version of a Wassailing event will take place on January 17 at our Apple Mill. Traditional Wassailing events in Anglo-Saxon times were meant to toast and bless the following year’s apple crop. We will toast our apple crop while enjoying a warm Wassail cocktail.
What to expect:
- Live Music from Jack Rogan 2-4pm
- Free samples of 2 different versions of (alcoholic) Wassail, a warm apple cider cocktail
- Games around the apple mill
- An opportunity to offer your best wishes for the 2026 apple crop
No tickets necessary. Free entry includes music, games and Wassail samples.
