Adam Bierton, The Pumpkin Pro, Carving Performance

More About Adam: Adam Bierton has spent more than two decades turning pumpkins into sculpture. He treats every piece the way a sculptor treats stone or clay — a concept sketch, construction lines, depth planning, and hours of hand-carving before the final reveal — a process built out of his own studio in Rochester, NY.
Adam won Season 5 of Food Network’s Halloween War and spent eight years as the resident carver for the New York Botanical Garden’s Halloween season, where he’s carved some of the largest pumpkins in the world in front of live crowds. His work has been profiled by The New York Times, featured on ABC’s LIVE with Kelly and Mark, and covered in Better Homes & Gardens. He’s carved on-camera for national brands including Goldfish, Dunkin’, HGTV, and Meta, and reaches over 270,000 followers and 50 million-plus content views across Instagram and TikTok.
What sets Adam apart live is the show as much as the sculpture: he narrates while he works, pulls guests into the process, and builds table displays designed to stop foot traffic. He’s also the owner of Chick’n Out, a fried chicken restaurant in downtown Rochester, and lives locally with his wife and three kids.
