He treats every piece the way a sculptor treats stone or clay — a concept sketch\, construction lines\, depth planning\, and hours of hand-carving before the final reveal — a process built out of his own studio in Rochester\, NY. \nAdam won Season 5 of Food Network’s Halloween War and spent eight years as the resident carver for the New York Botanical Garden’s Halloween season\, where he’s carved some of the largest pumpkins in the world in front of live crowds. His work has been profiled by The New York Times\, featured on ABC’s LIVE with Kelly and Mark\, and covered in Better Homes & Gardens.
